About the Role 
We are seeking an experienced Development Manager to lead our IT Applications team in Bangalore, 
focused on designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications using OutSystems or 
the Microsoft stack. This leadership role will oversee full lifecycle delivery—architecture, development, 
testing, deployment, and optimization—while ensuring alignment with business goals and global 
standards. 

Responsibilities 
• Lead and mentor a team of developers to deliver high-quality, scalable applications. 
• Oversee end-to-end development using OutSystems or Microsoft technologies (C#/.NET/SQL/Power 
  Platform). 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, scope, and technical design. 
• Drive integration with enterprise systems such as NetSuite, Vista, ADMS, and Salesforce. 
• Implement best practices for code quality, testing, CI/CD, and documentation. 
• Manage releases, change control, and production support with high reliability. 
• Establish SOPs, coding standards, and review processes. 
• Work closely with U.S.-based stakeholders; communicate timelines, risks, and dependencies. 
• Manage project roadmaps, resource planning, and performance metrics. 

Qualifications 
• 10–15 years of software development experience with 5+ years in team leadership/management. 
• Strong expertise in OutSystems or Microsoft stack (C#/.NET/SQL/Power Platform). 
• Experience with enterprise integrations (ERP/CRM/field systems). 
• Proven ability to build and scale engineering teams with a process-first mindset. 
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills. 
• Preferred: exposure to NetSuite, Vista, Salesforce; Agile/DevOps; relevant certifications. 

Success Metrics 
• Establish a high-performing team and deliver 2–3 enterprise applications/integrations in year one. 
• Implement governance and tooling (Azure DevOps, SharePoint, MS Planner) for consistent delivery. 
• Improve release velocity and production stability through measurable engineering practices.

Responsibilities 
• Develop and maintain applications on OutSystems (Reactive Web/Mobile). 
• Create reusable components and Application Objects (AOs).

Responsibilities 
• Write, edit, and format proposals, SOQs, and RFP/RFQ responses. 
• Coordinate inputs from SMEs; ensure compliance with solicitation requirements. 
• Maintain up-to-date resumes, project sheets, and case studies. 
• Manage timelines, reviews, and version control to meet deadlines. 
• Support visual storytelling using Word/PowerPoint/Adobe tools.

Qualifications

• Skills: Expertise with ATS tools, sourcing, stakeholder management, and offer negotiations.
• Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the India talent market, employment practices, and
