About the Role 
We are seeking an experienced Development Manager to lead our IT Applications team in Bangalore, 
focused on designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications using OutSystems or 
the Microsoft stack. This leadership role will oversee full lifecycle delivery—architecture, development, 
testing, deployment, and optimization—while ensuring alignment with business goals and global 
standards. 

Responsibilities 
• Lead and mentor a team of developers to deliver high-quality, scalable applications. 
• Oversee end-to-end development using OutSystems or Microsoft technologies (C#/.NET/SQL/Power 
  Platform). 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, scope, and technical design. 
• Drive integration with enterprise systems such as NetSuite, Vista, ADMS, and Salesforce. 
• Implement best practices for code quality, testing, CI/CD, and documentation. 
• Manage releases, change control, and production support with high reliability. 
• Establish SOPs, coding standards, and review processes.
